After weeks of frustration, trying out, despair finally the redemption and rest during cycling. The original prop could not be stopped, Especially during the ride it was constantly dropped into the seat tube, everything tried, totally dry built, grease on all touch surfaces, dynamic assembly paste, only the independent downward movement I could stop by the latter means. Cadence display was not required, since this was manifested in cracking in cadence. The first spare support brought me from the rain into the eaves. Defect production, which led to the complaint. Now I was ready to take money in my hand, and that was good! The P6 is not a snap but worth every penny. All contact surfaces (support /seatpipe, clamping / rails) lubricated with CASTROL LMX, installed, getorqued, driven, nachgetorqued and rest! How beautiful can be biking! Highly Recommended! I must add, however, that I bring almost 100 kilograms on the scale and the MTB not only for baking. If you do the same negative experiences as I do, do not shy away from the money!

This is my second Syntace Full Carbon P6 Hi-Flex Seat Post.It is fairly light, but mostly 'tough' works well with carbon railed saddles (some seat posts do not), has a long andsupportive clamp design that has a lot of adjustment. The flex (combined with a light carbon-railed saddle) works well (as long as you have several inches of seat-postabove the seat tube clamp) work well and you can feel it. I use a version on my non-suspension 'fat-tired' bike, andmy high-end Moots RSL road bike.

I have been riding on this seatpost for 4 months now and it is exactly as advertised! I ride a steel single speed hard tail so the flex the Syntace offers is welcomed on the trail. Another plus was bolting my saddle to the seatpost, very simple. Also the post has not slipped since it was installed, no matter the rocks or roots on the trail the seatpost stays put.

I bought this seatpost to improve the ride quality from my carbon road bike. This post dampens road vibration very well, although you do need to have at least 140mm of the post exposed to feel it "flex" sufficiently. The effect you get is like changing your rear tyre from a 23mm to a 25mm. A bit on the expensive side, but you only get what you pay for.

There are also other optically high-quality saddle rests, there are also other high-quality saddle rests, but if you honestly this is the absolute no-plus-ultra. No bargain - but perfect! So the thomson elite her title "mother of all saddle rests" actually assigned to the p6 ;-)

Works great so far. GT Avalanche 2.0. Aluminum tube is pretty similar no matter who makes it, but it is the bracket design which holds the seat that makes this so good. 2 bolt design is a breath of fresh air after the stock 1 bolt GT design that stripped out in a year.

Ingenious workmanship and fit. Syntace is also based in our region, so the purchase supports the local economy. Somehow it was also a purchase criterion. :) My SQlab 612 ERGOWAVE carbon with highly oval carbon struts (7x9.6mm) can be clamped perfectly with it.

A really beautiful and secure seatpost. Perfectly processed and very honest ...... carbon back and forth ...... light, safe and a good feeling. Alu is still the mass of things. Better to lose 100 grams, but drive safely.

I have a few of these posts and love them. They are well made and take the edge off of bumps on a hard tail bike. The post improves the ride more than a few 27.2mm Ti posts I have used from Moots and others.

I have a 2013 GT Titanium 29r hardtail and I did a lot of research before making this purchase. I was worth it, It took the edge off the typical harsh ride that is inherent of a ardtail.

The shape of the seat post doesn't allow the insertion of a Di2 battery. I was able to get around this, but that should be mentioned in the product description.

Have been syntace supports for years and am very satisfied. After I needed a stable support for a follower, it was clear to me that it would be syntace again.

Since I can not use a carbon seatpost because of a pocket with click-fix adapter, this is for me the best aluminum seat post on the market

Also, clever saddle angle adjustment, helps to fine-tune saddle angle. Overall, a well thought out and well built seat post.

Does what it says flexes a good amount to reduce impact... 10 year warranty! Night and day difference from my aluminum post!
