Bought these brakes after reading good reviews on thier stopping power in the wet especially.came as expected and what was an added bonus with new screws as mine had rusted a little .easy to find in a matter of minutes .at £10 per pair not apparently cheap but as they are a main factor in stopping me when hurtling down the many hills in wales in excess of 50 mph it's worth spending the money .been great in dry and the wet with good even braking little heat build up or fade experience with cheaper brakes .They leave no noticeable marking on the wheel rims which is a bonus.overall a very sound investment and can't see me going back to cheaper brands for future use .They do what they say .

Got these to replace the pads on a Halfords Carrera TDF road bike.Was looking for better stopping power, particularly in the wet, where previous brake pads were not very good.They fitted easily and perfectly in my Tektro brake shoes.I'm quite impressed with these - they weren't much better in dry conditions, but in the wet they work as well as in the dry, so very pleased. My previous (cheaper) brake pads gave me long stopping distances in the wet.I'd buy these again, though not sure if I'll need to because they're not wearing down fast!I'd recommend these if you cycle in all weathers.

I found that my stopping power in the wet was bordering on dangerous so looked at reviews on upgrading my brakes. Swissstop came top regularly in most of the cycle magazines.Having cycled on them now for a month through the winter, I can only say that I am very impressed by their smooth braking power.

Clean your brakes and your rims, then check if you need new calipers, to be honest I've started to think that the cleanliness of the surface has a far greater impact than the quality of the brake material

I think black prince is one of best choice for carbon rim.It stops bike very well and controllable.This time delivery was problem for me.Finally, I received items, but it takes more than two month though.

Happy my package arrived in just 4 days, all the way from Spain to the Philippines. Installed the brakes that evening, bedded them in this morning, hoping to fully test the pads this weekend.

Probably the best brake blocks ever. replaced OEM and these were a revelation. Precise and huge stopping power wet and dry - made the old ones look like bits of old cork. Very impressed

Have used Swissstop for years now and always been impressed with durability and stopping power. These are expensive blocks but worth the extra!

The difference to disc brakes almost disappears with these brake pads. Even on wet roads handy and finely dosed braking effect.

Best brake pads for carbon wheels, excellent braking that give you confidence even in the wet.

They fit easily.The brakes work.They haven't worn out in a year of daily town commuting.
