After SRAM refused to replace the shifter because the bike was too old (3 years), though the failure was due to a well-known manufacturing defect (the part holding the pivoting shaft), I bought this shifter which came in just two days! Installation is pretty simple for anybody handy. I love this shifter, but all my other bikes are Shimanos with their shifters still working properly,even on my 20 year-old 105. Hopefully, SRAM improved their reliability.

Had to buy this to replace the one that broke. The one I had before lasted about 5000 miles. I do a lot of shifting, have never crashed on this. One day I was out riding and the shift lever broke off. Other than that, it works fine.

very good shipment shoud be free for a product like thisi needed it to be shped to israel but you charge too much so i send it to a friend in the usa

Great shifters, but they wear out quickly. This will be my last replacement of the right shifter before changing brands.

I have always been a Shimano guy, but recently decided to give SRAM a try. Good bye Shimano forever. Love these.

Too early to tell how durable it will be over the long haul, but so far so good after a couple of months.
