Fitted ..... eventually what with the paint all over the screw that's attached to the bike.All the gears are well tuned in and have had a couple of rides out trouble free and the derailer is doing its Job.Thought I'd mention the paint in case any one else is doing a build and wonder why it doesn't screw right in easy.

This is my first play with SRAM derailleurs, having used exclusively Shimano products previously. I have to say that i am very impressed with the quality of the Apex mech and even more impressed with the quality of the shifting. Hard to believe that this is SRAM's entry level road derailleur. Highly recommended!

Just replaced my BTWIN mech for this to be used with a new Sram 11-32 cassette and its a night and day difference, very smooth gear changes and it was a piece of cake to install :)
