If you are experiencing poor power in your legs new saddle is what you need. A bad saddle or too wide saddle causes pinched nerves and poor blood flow to legs which in turn will make you lack power and recovery will not be good. you are supposed to sit on the sit bones and not on the soft tissue will result improper glut activation hence worsen strength output. saddle to compare to. Sell royal freeway 16.3cm old model best saddle ever had but not available in my country or for reasonable price. This one doesn't get off a little harder gel but might get softer with use or you get used to it. No real suspension (Elastomer) in this saddle it has a mid-flex to it,
