This is supposed to be a gel seat. The package has a sample of gel to see what it's like. But the actual seat is rock hard. I returned my one. No more "gel" than the standard cheap seat that came with my bike. Misleading description. It's a decent wide seat that looks ok on a mountain bike but is certainly not a gel seat.
