The trike is excellent, very easy to put together needing no additional tools to that provided. It's a very sturdy strong design and I'm confident it will last years. The trike can easily be converted from self rid to push along without any major dissasembly. My only floor with it is the wheel can lock round at the front and is impossible to correct by pushing or pulling the handle, meaning I we have to knock the wheel straight. It isn't a big deal in the slightest but can just be a bit annoying

It starts off with all the attachments for a 1yr old, like a harness to hold them in & foot-pegs for their feet (the peddles are disengaged & don't rotate whilst pushing it). Then you keep taking attachments off & engage the peddles as they grow until your left with a normal trike.It's easier to steer than a buggy.Ideal for a quick trip to the local park/shopInstructions on assembly are supplied but i found the videos on youtube easier to follow.It took 45 minutes to put it all together

Bought this trike for our daughters 1st birthday and reading previous reviews. I think it's a brilliant little trike and our daughter loves it. Very easy to put together although husband had to push cover down on handle bars as was quite stiff. It pushes like a dream and If you follow the instructions to the letter the easy touch steering works great and really is like pushing your normal pushchair/buggy! All in all very happy for the price we paid and would definitely recommend :)

This trike is great quality, looks amazing and is really comfortable to push. My daughter absolutely loves it and it’s a great alternative to using the buggy. I love the storage it has with the little zip bag on the handle and the big bag (great to use as a “changing” bag) and it also has a small storage box at the bottom. The only reason why I gave this 4* is because it was hard to put together, all because of the front wheel. Apart from that I’m very pleased with it.

We take our granddaughter out a few times a week on her smart trike. She loves it. There is plenty of storage for all the essentials a 1 year old comes with and a few of our own. Once the front wheel is set to freewheeling pushing and directing the smartrike is easy. The safety harness and the bumper/ barrier provide a perfectly safe and comfortable ride for our princess. This is definitely the best thing we bought her for her first birthday. Would highly recommend A*

Really fun for a toddler to ride on. Not the highest quality thing I've ever seen but it seems durable enough so far and having the handle is a fabulous idea for when your little one is too small to pedal! I love the design which means they can eventually pedal without steering before progressing to pedalling and steering by themselves. The sunshade is a good idea but it's pretty small. I love the drinks holder and storage bag. Really well thought out overall!

This smart trike is lovely and comfortable for m daughters 1st birthday! I bought one for my son 5 years ago the design as changed a little since then...there's more storage in the new trike which is a great idea for a day out only thing I was disappointed is you can't move the Handle to steer and there isn't a break on it which is very poor for the price you pay, my sons smart trike I could move the Handle to steer and it had a break on it.

Purchased this as a first birthday present for my neice. Assembled it (easily) prior to the party and she loved it. Had a similar for my daughter 6yrs ago and must say the Smartrike brand is excellent.This particular model is lovely. The colours are great for girls and it is robust and very safe for little ones. I was most impressed with the item and my family were too. Really good quality and happiness guaranteed!

We bought this for our 14 month old daughter because she hates going in her pushchair but she’s not really old enough to be walking around everywhere. She loves going to the park in this though, and is always happy and bubbly in it. It’s so easy to put her in and out of as well. Would definitely recommend one of these to any parent whose kid wants a little more ‘independence’ than being in their pushchairs.

Bought this for our 13 month old daughter and she loves it! She loves been nosy and seeing everything! Only downside is there is a tiny bolt that keeps the screw in place on the handle& it didn't tighten well which caused me to lose it on the first use! Although it doesn't affect the use of the trike it's annoying that I have to keep checking on the screw!

It's very difficult to put our 2 year old daughter on pushchair. We bought this as an alternative for short distance travels. It has been a lifesaver. She absolutely loves it and doesn't want to go out without it. It looks nice and practicable with the bags on the back. Only downside is the poor quality. It's rather flimsy and won't last long I suspect.

This was her favourite present for Christmas, she sits in and enjoys, looks really nice, it's easy to assemble and moves very easily around while pushing, it comes with various clips and buttons to stop the pedals moving while your pushing, and is as easy and a push of a button to get them moving when shes old enough ...Highly recommended :)

Got this for my daughter who is 10 months, was easy to put together and she fits in nicely. The only downside is that where the footrests are she cannot reach so her feet are nearer to the wheel, therefore all the dirt and mud went all over her snowsuit!! Hopefully this will stop once she is a little bigger and the weather gets better!

Brought this as a present for my little girl on her 1st birthday. Lovey design and Easy instruction to follow on how to set it up. Love that it has a little flamingo bag on top for your little bits and pieces and for the bits that don't fit in the little bag, it's got a bigger black one too. Easy to assist my daughter around in it.

My daughter absolutely loves this she went in this from 8months and loves been pushed around everywhere in it! Had one small problem noticed the pedals weren't going around so I pushed the pedals and they never worked took it back and they swapped it straight away :-) just waiting to sent the next one up but it's a fantastic buy!!
