The star rating given is for the Sigma bike computer and not the level of service given by Bikeinn. The computer does what it says on the tin. The delivery however is nothing short of shocking. ordered on the 13/4/20, told it would arrive between 21/4/20 - 24/4/20. Actually arrived on 12/5/20, one whole month later. You have the opportunity to send messages to Bikeinn to find out what is happening to your order. they answered a couple of my requests for information and then just stopped bothering. I could have got this product more locally for a few pounds more, but thought I would save a few quid if it arrives when they say it will. How wrong was I . the slight savings you make and I mean slight,

I was looking for a simple odometer that would give me the basic data without having to touch the button. This product is perfect. Simple and elegant, with large numbers, it displays speed, distance and time covered, all on the same display. Pressing the button gives us the totals.

It was just what I was looking for, big screen with the data that interests me and it is also beautiful. I will buy again, very attentive and they even sent me the photo of my package when it was ready for shipping. Fast shipping. Thanks for everything.

Fast delivery of a beautiful product: beautifully designed bicycle computer, "pure" due to the right basic functions, easy to assemble and set up. Very satisfied, with one small downside: I cannot change the total kilometers traveled (odo).

I have three of these of seperate bikes. They all function well and are very accurate. Easy to set up and to install. When all you need is your speed, total distance, trip odometer, and ride time, this computer is all you need.

I love everything about it, but gave it only 4 stars b/c the directions were so difficult to follow...because of that , I almost sent it back. However, I found a YouTube video on how to install it and now I love it!

Excellent product, perfect value for money. Easy assembly and very simple use. Display with large digits easily visible even without glasses for me who have strong astigmatism and are farsighted.

Only gave it 4 stars because I haven’t had it long. I love it though. It helps you set a bar and then break the bar. Everytime you hop on your bike. Plus it’s kind of stylish. So far so good.

It only does 3 things. Tells how fast you are going. Tells time of your ride. The total miles in your ride. Does those 3 things very well. Letters are very big and easy to read.

It has few functions but they are the ones that interest me. Since it is a little larger than usual, it reads perfectly, it takes a little longer than expected to arrive.

Basic functions, but useful based on my needs. It works perfect, like everything from the Sigma brand. Very happy with the purchase.
