i bought the aura 80 especially for use in road traffic, for nighttime trips with the racing bike and the mtb in the forest. I have been using the lamp for several weeks now. overall, the lamp makes an outstanding figure and I am very satisfied. the lamp is very robust as usual. the switch to switch on / off and change the brightness can also be used with gloves. charging is quick and easy using a usb cable; however, i would have preferred a usb-c connector to avoid unnecessary cable diversity. it is mounted on the handlebar using rubber straps. this is quick and practical to switch between two wheels. in addition, the lamp consists of only one part, and there is no risk of losing the lamp or the holder.the adjustment is annoying when switching between the mtb and the rr handlebar. while the rr handlebar is straight, the mtb handlebar is cranked and I have to adjust the lateral alignment of the lamp when changing - which cannot be done without a screwdriver. I also find it difficult to adjust the headlight range: I find it very difficult to choose between the maximum headlight range and not dazzling oncoming traffic. I'd rather do without a few meters here, which is a shame at night and out of town. I cannot use the full potential of the lamp here. the rubber straps must also be loosened in order not to rub the surface and endanger the grip. However, I still prefer this solution to leaving a bracket on the bike that eats up a lot of space on the handlebars and is always a risk of theft. with a bit of experience, i am confident that i will find the right position quickly. once installed, the lamp is also bombproof. in city traffic i mainly need the lamp to be seen and to avoid problems with the stvzo. therefore the smallest luminosity is sufficient for me. The great thing is the side visibility. out of town i set the brightness high. the lamp also looks good in the forest. of course it only lights up in the direction the handlebar is pointing. if you often ride trails or narrow forest passages at night, you will rather use a helmet lamp anyway. on forest trails and slow root passages, for example, I get on well with the lamp. the light cone is large enough not to be surprised by bushes on the side, and the brightness is great to recognize details such as stones and roots. I am completely satisfied for this price. the lamp covers a wide range of my applications. mounting on different wheels is a bit tricky, for which there is a star trigger. the handling and the battery are great. I have not checked the exact lighting times, but the battery has never run out on tour. and as a last bonus, the aura 80 is also my new favorite flashlight in the home, while hiking and traveling.

I absolutely needed a new lamp for Nightrides, without any external battery, but still bright enough and with a corresponding burn time! Wanted, found Sigma Aura 80th This lamp makes a lot of light, the battery indicator and level indicator help plan how long the night ride may take ? only the silicone band could sit a little firmer, but with a little adjustment work now and then does not bother and comes even only on extremely bumpy tracks before ? An absolute recommendation on my part, especially at this price ?

The lamp offers an incredible light. Adjustable in 4 levels. Very easy to mount on all handlebar shapes (round or oval). Up to 5 hours possible even at the lightest level. Investing in lux makes sense and in the end it is also fun if you can drive in the forest with good brightness without problems. The corresponding rear light even works as a brake light when you brake (negative acceleration sensor). Full recommendation.

I had since many years another Sigma lamp, and it was soo good, that I didn't wanted to change. Unfortunately I lost on my last travel. and the model its not anymore on the market I decided to get this Aura 80, and its absolutely fantastic! The power of the light is very good for the city and under rain. Its waterproof too and has a very nice design. The battery is extra durable. I thing that was a very very good choice.

Covers my needs as a simple and affordable flashlight for roads where it may not be completely dark. For real trail use in dark forests in the fall, one should probably have even more light. (Some of the brightness here goes out on the sides and gives relatively little in practice). Great with the battery status indicator. Fits well on the handlebars and in addition easy to turn up / down. Can definitely be recommended.

By far the best lamp I have ever had. It shines out very well and can be divided into 4 levels. The lamp creates bus to 90 meters lighting range. The lamp is simply recharged via USB and is then immediately ready for use again. With the rubber holder (which can also be replaced if necessary), the lamp is easily mounted on the handlebars. I can recommend the lamp to 100%.

Bicycle light that can be attached quickly and provides good brightness on the road. Unfortunately, it has to be removed from the handlebars to charge and the battery performance at full power is average in my opinion. Could be better. Quality materials were used for the lamp and the available battery power and the light intensity are displayed with LEDs.

Front light does what it should. Good luminosity, regulation via the steps is practical and easily possible via the large button even while driving. Battery has so far kept what it promises. I only prefer the plug-in system for the bracket, because of the clamping with the rubber band you have to align the light again after each charging.

Very good lamp with simple, intuitive operation. Very good illumination of the way. I also think the display of the charge status is great. One can argue about the bracket. Yes, the thing shakes when you thunder over cobblestones and dirt roads. But I don't know of any better attachment for flat aerobars. Hence the purchase of this lamp.

Good lamp with very good illumination of the way. The lamp also slips on a rough surface. I don't know of any other acceptable solution for flat handlebars. The display of the charge status is great, and switching between the individual lighting modes is intuitive. The light strips on the side definitely increase safety.

Good light. Good workmanship. I can not confirm individual criticisms such as shaky handlebar attachment. I have found no errors / defects. The only criticism is the finding that the smaller version of the aura is hardly worse, which raises the question of whether the extra price of the 80s justifies a purchase.

I was looking for a front light for everyday use, both at noon tomorrow and in the evening. Due to the 4 levels, the lamp offers the perfect lighting for every situation. The runtime is more than sufficient and the loading is completed quickly. The best lamp on the market for the price

The great advantage of the lamp is that it provides sufficient light for normal road traffic at the lowest level and the battery is then sufficient for more than 10 hours, i.e. You don't need to load it every day either. I would buy this lamp again at the price at any time.

Lamp is very welcome to the existing e-bike lamp at this time of year! If the long-range beam is the same as in the car, it illuminates my paths very well and I can see obstacles long before :-) I would buy it again right away! greetings from Switzerland Lucci59
