Does the job just fine. In case this is useful info for others: mine's installed on a 2012 Cube Attention.To remove the old cassette and fit this you will need a specialist tool. After buying one that turned out to be near useless I bought this, which works great:

These shift handles are just pointed. I used to be always the cheaper versions of Shimano, since I always thought the expensive are just simply lighter. I can not confirm this! The gears are simply extremely precise and fast switching on these gearshift levers.

Usual shimano XT quality nice smooth shifting ,not much lighter than the SRAM it replaced but should last a lot longer

Turns very precise and fast. Processing is great! The difference to the SLX Shjftern is clearly noticeable.

It's a 10 speed cassette made by Shimano. As with all Shimano products it's a quality piece of kit. Enjoy!
