Not been tested in very wet weather but with a range of cycling shoe covers I never expect them to keep your feet dry, the holes for cleats see to that. I bought these for insulation primarily and to be seen (too vain to wear a yellow jacket). Tested on a two hour ride at 0 degrees C a couple of weeks ago. Also had double socks on. Feet were not toasty but perfectly fine, little bit cold towards the end but I suspect that actually may be in part due to feet feeling squashed with two pairs of socks.To be honest, unusual to go out a freezing point due to ice so if they can manage 2 hours at 0 Celsius, they are more than good enough.I have size 45 cycling shoes and they fit really well,
