I plan on using this to build a new wheel for my mountain bike to replace the stock stuff. By the weight & feel of this hub it seems pretty durable. Seems much more reliable than the stock hub on my bike. The price is pretty hard to beat if your looking to upgrade from the stock stuff or replace a damaged hub. Anything Deore XT & up is better than the stock stuf when it comes to bike hubs.The only problem is it is the radius of the hub is not to size compared to my stock hub so I wont be able to use it with my stock spokes. Took it to my local bike shop to see how much it would be to swap my stock hub for this hub & they had me quoted at a little over $100!I figured it may be cheaper to source

It is not such expensive as DT Swiss or others but not cheap product. It works fine and roll is wonderful and smooth like a silk. I rebuild my old wheel that has freewheel using this hub and I'm very happy. No more bent axle problems with free hub. Highly recommend because it is decent product.

Used this hub on my 26" giant stp dirt jumper. Takes abuse no problem and hasn't skipped a beat. I also will ride park and Street and it has held up to abusive drops and jumps no problem. For the price you just can't beat it.

Bought this part to upgrade OEM hub rather than service bearings. Had to rebuild wheel to match, but also upgraded. Had really good ride afterwards. This hub has a good reputation and is said to be relatively easy to service.

Great Shimano quality - works perfectly like you'd expect. Not the lightest hub around, but it's cheap, high quality, adjustable, keeps water out of the freehub and bearings and comes with the best QR skewer around.

Came quicker than expected. Product was as described. Went for my first ride yesterday and couldn't believe how smooth it was compared to my last hub. Would purchase from this seller again.

even when this hub is Shimano Deore XT they are a bit heavy. I wanted something a little more light. Even though these hubs have a very fast rolling speed development.

Great addition to my mountain bike. I bought it since I was upgrading to a disc brake system. They look solid and high quality.

This Shimano FH-M756L XT rear disc hub is good to use. I like it. I use it to update my bike.

not light but I'm not a racer. This thing is as hard as woodpecker lips.
