I've been reading the other reviews here and the main problem that everyone seems to have is not being able to release the thing quick enough. Well, I just place a bungee over it and clipped it to the bike rack that way. You might want to tape up the side straps though. You might also want to use an old (sizable but not too heavy) book as a kind of backing card for the top bag. For the price this is a very handy bit of kit. The zips do seem a little weak but if you go steady with them I can't see them breaking. I'm impressed. Cheap and cheerful but if you treat it right it'll be OK. I've paid much more for panniers that fell apart after their first use. Best 14 quid I've spent in a while.

Value for money this product is excellent. It suffers with the usual zip problems with lower end priced products - the zips are very stiff. The solution is simple - 1)carefully apply some WD40, 2)use the zips gently, 3)don't overload any compartment to avoid straining the zips.

Good quality for the price - not as large as my previous one, but not small either. Easy to affix to cycle, not the sort you want to keep taking on/off though. Reflective strips on the back which is useful.

i can loads in these panniers, used them for months now nad still going strong. very impressed for price paid

I went for 2 days bike trip and only took this bag...it fit all my things and i loved it...
