The item is in perfect condition, exact requested size, delivery was in time(10 days to Ireland with post office delivery) and the best price(when i did buy them)! This was my first buy but definitely not my last as I'm planning to buy googles from snowinn.com! P.S. For those who want to buy "CHC" (has heating system) u can only control the heat thru an app(Custom Heat Connect) which doesn't connect to Bluetooth as easy as you expect or stay connected! "Salomon" needs to do something about it

Exactly as described, no damage, the heating system is working(comes with charging cable on the package). I already tried this boots in a ski shop but I choose to buy them from snowinn because they have the best prices!!!
