This was my first order on SnowInn. I placed an order on March 9, 2020. It arrived in Seattle on March 12, 2020. When I purchased the boots, the estimated deliver window was March 12 or March 13. DHL was the carrier. This was the medium cost option. USPS was the slowest/cheapest option. UPS was the fastest/most-expensive option. I was very pleased that SnowInn delivered according to expectations. I already had done my homework on the boots. I knew exactly what I wanted. The product arrived in excellent condition. I purchased a brand new product, so I did not award any points for this. The five star rating is specifically in regards to successful delivery. I am not reviewing the boots because my foot is different than yours.

I have platfus (flat feet arcade), which also means my feet tend to be wider than normal for their length. These boots are extremely comfortable, I've had to make no adjustments to them.

Great looking boot, hope they work as well as everyone reviews them. I’ll find put next season. Boots shipped fast and the retailer was good at communicating with me about my order.

My foot is a little wide and the Custom Shell HD system is perfect for enlarging the custom shoe. Very satisfied with SNOWINN's service, again it was perfect!

The inserts in the cuff, and bottom part, really do a good job in stiffening up the boot and lower the weight. Very good fit out of the box!
