I find them super useful in those days that I do not wear a jacket but at low rates I need a little more than a short sleeve .... Highly recommended ... Ideal t-shirt for running and trail running, very well worked and made, you can see the quality of the textile, I have it in 2 colors, choose your usual size or one more if you like it a bit loose, I totally recommend if you don't want to go looking for models, etc. look for more.

Technical shirt, for intense aerobic activities, they perspire well, but they do not have a loose fit, I use the XL, in this model it is too tight, better to ask for more size for comfort, in my case there is no XXL.
