These pocket folders are very useful things especially for people like students or for those who have to submit regular reports with attachments. Where they score is that they allow you to either present your material direct in the folder with additional space offered for CD's (with images or charts) or secondly to place them together with other work directly into a ring binder as for example when you are building up a portfolio or a project. They are very designed for papers which have holes in them and would be less useful if for example you wanted to present a set of photographs where it is important to keep everything intact.

Great for keeping my 'important' documents together.I made the mistake of not keeping my car insurance where I could grab it quickly if needed and when I needed to contact them to add my daughter for a week I was in such a moad trying to find it and rushing here and ther pulling drawers out etc. So I decieded then and there that all my documents needed keeping in one safe place where I can find them as soon as needed. When I saw this I thought it was ideal and guess what ....it is. !! I have stored everything needed in them and now I can find them at an arm stretch. Easy to store, not too big and light. Perfect

These snap-in folders are sturdy and effective. They are perfect for the purpose I use them - basic home and small business finance management. The slip inside is the perfect size for wage slips and / or cheques, and the folder itself is easy to use. It's portable and robust enough to be thrown in and out of my backpack without much worry. Whilst they are waterproof (plastic) this won't do much to protect from spillage / seepage on a desk, and I'm not going to throw a coffee over my important documents to clarify this.But that being said, these are great value additions to anyone's home-office.

These files look and feel professional. They are made of sturdy plastic and hold a number of sheets of paper. If you are going to a meeting or doing a presentation and there is supporting paperwork then these files would be ideal. As an author I will see them to store useful information that I can use in books. They re versatile, durable and look good. I would highly recommend.
