Tried skipping after many years as I remember how much fun I used to have when I was young. I thought it would be easy but don't get fooled. Once you get the technique right it's awesome. But I suddenly went back. Got it all wrong & ended up cutting my hand as its steel coated! But once I practised without the rope just the wrist movement & got back to it. The results once you achieve are priceless!This skipping or speed rope is awesome. Very well made & simple yet elegant! It's good for beginners & pros! It sounds & feels great. Ordered another 1 just in case as there was only 1 stock left & I couldn't imagine replacing it with another 1 down the line as quality is unmatchable.

This rope is offered at a resonable price, I paid £11.95. When compared to others in the price range it looks much nicer and is great to use. It's a speed rope, very light and fast.It's easy to adjust, simply cut the wire and leave some room for adjustment. Slowly do this until you find the perfect length.However like the rope but paint is quick to scratch. And it's difficult to keep the rope straight, so be careful when storing not ravel or fold. I suggest hanging it if you can.
