This Pandora neclace was missing from my delivery. I have contacted Amazon.de for refund or replacement but only received information that I should contact local police if I think I crime has been committed. They did not take any responsibility for Amazon.de at all. The small item could have been misplaced to another package, or simply lost. Yet, they expect me as the customer to pay for a service that was not fulfilled. Don't use Amazon for jewellery purchases!
