Brilliant! I was sent a free packet of these salts which I'd used before purchasing the tub so I already knew how wonderful they made my body feel. Having been diagnosed with a severe over acidic system and candida I have experienced relief using these salts in my bath. I use them 3 times a week which seems to suit me. My skin feels softer and my system much more balanced.I am using other products for internal balance too and this is, for me, the perfect compliment.

I've been using this salt bath for few years now. I't alkaline pH. I use it once a week fr soak bath or for any issues like disinfection, cold sore or acne problem.
