I'm personally not a great fan of vests but with a hot summer of outdoor running I took the plunge and tried this out - I wanted something really lightweight and breathable that was effectively like running shirtless but with a bit more modesty. Its a tank style vest so the back is cut more generously than a more skimpy vest but it got soaked in sweat on the first run in 30c and did the trick.
