It's recommended that you drink "8 glasses of water a day" - safe to say that I wasn't. Then I bought Nathan, he sits on my desk at work and gets refilled a couple of times a day. Absolute lifesaver. You can never drink too much water. Well, you can, but let's not be idiots about this.Cons:You'll get up to pee a lot.

Perfect as I am on a 1.5ltr fluid restriction. With this I am able to keep within my fluid allowance. I also like the design of the cap, which also acts as a mouth piece to drink from.

Great, well made, larger water bottle. Great that it has a handle, Good quality plastic. Good lime measurements to monitor fluids taken. BPA Free - Love it.

Well made leak proof bottle! Sick of buying bottles of water for work. Roughly paying £1 a day. The bottle has already paid for itself!?

I've been looking for a large capacity water bottle for sometime. This is an excellent product and it doesn't leak!
