With various modes, flashing, constant etc, differing brightness modes AND fantastic battery life, that alone is enough to recommend this. Couple that with three different fittings, saddle fixture, seat post and a clip fitting for your saddle bag, a lot of thought has gone into this product.Special mention to the 100 lumen day mode. Wow, that is bright. Trust me, you're getting seen.Unfortunately, there are issues. The battery has quite bad dissipation when not in use. Fully charged, then left for two weeks and it will be flat. Not good if you don't use it all summer then need it when caught on a late bike ride or overcast day.Keep on top of your charging though and it's a good light.

This multi mode read light is the very best light I have ever purchased. The only thing that should be charged about this light is the name of should be called SUN not Moon, the daytime modes are extremely bright even in the strongest sunshine. With the lights mode memory you no longer need to cycle through all the modes to get to the on you want. USB charging with auto cut off when fully charged is also a bonus.

I purchased this in hopes of getting a next generation tail light that holds up to rain and has a daylight mode. Sweet piece of technology that is living up to it's claims.

An excellent product that is bright in day light as well as it is at night. Safety is a real concern on the road and this light enables other riad users to see you clearly.
