I wear normally wear 5.5 to 6 (woman's) shoes. Most of the other XF size fins I tried were too large. I used it for diving in Grand Cayman. I love the color, shape, and great thrust, and most of all, love the quick release buckles. One caution. Be careful and do not get sand in the buckles, it can jam the clips. I used a size 5, 2MM ankle high booties with the fins.

I have used Mares X3s for many years and have found them to be excellent in any conditions. Easy to put on and take off and this model is very secure with the improved strap catches. I think these are the best fins Mares have produced and great value for money.
