A revelation for me! I have been snorkeling for years and finally there is a dry snorkel! I thought it was just false advertisement, - but I could dive without taking te mouthpiece out and get zero water in my mouth 4 out of 5 times. The sixth time I blew just once (in stead of repeatedly) and - presto - it was dry! Oh.....and another thing: The mouthpices ergonomic fit means that I did not have to chew down on it, but could relax my jaw (and even have my mouth more or less open) and it stil just stayed in place perfectly. I LOVE this snorkel.

Very good quality. Mouth piece was angled perfectly and felt really comfortable. The dry top valve (to stop water getting inside the snorkel when the waves were a bit choppy) was a revelation! It's the first snorkel I've had with one of these and it really made snorkeling a lot more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery. Good price. Efficient at keeping water out but not totally dry; some "bubbling" in the tube after submerging. No problem with sticky valves (rinsed in fresh water after each use). The bridge on the mouth-piece was a little uncomfortable after about 30 minutes of use. Would probably buy a basic snorkel next time.

I used this snorkel in Thailand and it worked just fine without any problem. It is dry snorkel and so you need to get used to it closing (sometimes). Quality and design are great for snorkeling.

Works well but can sometimes be awkward to clear.I am an experienced diving instructor and over the years have used and evaluated diving and snorkeling equipment for many manufacturers.

exellent mares built quality software drop away silicone tube and combined together with my mares blue/white x vision liquid skin mask it looks stunning

Used on hols in Aruba. Worked perfectly well in open water while snorkeling and diving. Great value for money.

It does the job, the material is really nice and it doesn't feel very intrusive while using.
