I went on a 20 min pool dive primarily using this regulator. It doesn't flow as heavy if you're a bigger individual, but it's more than adequate for its intended use as a backup. The piece comes with all types of fittings to mate with different BC brands and models. Great buy in my book.

One less hose has made diving much nicer. This was extremely easy to install (instructions really are not needed, it could not be more straight forward). I recommend to anyone with a Mares BCD.
