This chain works well with a Dura Ace 9000-11 speed set-up. Got it for a steal from BrinVO for under $100. I have KMC X**SL chains on all of my bikes (9 & 10 speed XTR MTB's, 10 speed Fatbike and 11 speed road).On the 10-speed MTB, I have over 2000 miles on it and haven't had a single issue. I bought the KMC digital chain checker and it measures out at .040" wear...KMC states they are done @ .080 so 2000 miles/no chain brakes/half-life wear = bad-a$$ chains.Something to note: on the 11-speed chain specifically, I had to use the red-handled KMC link closing tool due to the chain being more narrow than the 10-speed and the tolerances are tighter.

Love love it. Looks stellar on the bike. Great price. Not a painted finish, but rather a beautifully coated finish that is silky even to the touch. Comes in a real nice box that shows off every bit of glory this chain has from the moment you first see it. Shifts as to be expected - EXCELLENT! Would definitely buy again.PROS: Looks, build quality, packaging, length will fit almost ever bike.CONS: Price is up there.

I bought this chain mainly because it was black and I recently got a black Sunrace cassette so with my 105 Chainrings, thought it would look cool if the whole drive train was black (it does!), but surprisingly this chain is silky smooth, way better than the Shimano 105 chain I had prior, and again it’s going between a Sunrace cassette and Shimano 105 chain rings. Would highly recommend this chain!

Top quality. Installed it on MY MTB that has a SRAM derailleur, a Shimano cassette, aluminum jockey wheels and a Snaggletooth chainring, and there are no issues. The shifts are crisp and smooth. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper, but that’s the price you pay to customize and colour coordinate your bike I guess...

Chain works well on both my Campy mechanical and EPS bikes. Durability seems good but have only logged 1500 miles so can;t say it lasts longer than cheaper chains. No noticeable wear to date. Removed one star because of cost. The fancy packaging was totally unnecessary and undoubtedly added to the cost.

Best price available and what a super way to add bling to your posh road bike. These chains are by far better than any other chain on the market and although more expensive than other chains they last 4 to 5 times longer

It is smooth as silk, I really can't speak of the durability as I have only had this for a short time. The best thing is it the color which is a perfect match to my new TT. Will post updates.

Super light chain, super smooth and super quiet shifting on the ultra light Miche Supertype ceramic coated 28/11 alloy cassette. Swiss watch manufactures could learn a few tricks from KMC!

Have used KMC chains for a number of years, always found them to be reliable, and reasonably priced. KMC have a number of price points, based on the weight of the chain.

This chain works great! I have installed these working as a mechanic and I use them on my personal bikes as well. Very strong, clean shifts, and very durable.

man do I love these chains. superlight (SL) and easy to work with, nice and simple missing link, look great and run smooth and strong.

Great replacement chain that provides crisp shifting. Just need a chain tool to cut to length and it is ready to install and ride.

Yah it's expensive but what's another hundred buck with what you spent on the bike ?! No chain looks better - I have two of them

Love the chain and design. Shifting dramatically improved compared to shimano ultegra chain. Love the all black look.

It's a chain. It works. No replacement quick links in black, which will prevent me from purchasing this color again.
