I bought this e-bike a month ago and I am completely satisfied. Adjustment after delivery was very easy with the help of the instructions, there are many options for individual adjustment, such as handlebar inclination, position of the ergonomic handles, etc. Unfortunately, the rather robust luggage rack did not get along with the old Ortlieb saddlebags, but we already have suitable replacement. The saddle is very comfortable, even for longer distances, and the range here in Bergisch, where you often have to use the engine more, is more than sufficient. The display is easy to read and shows not only the battery level and the kilometers traveled, but also the remaining range, depending on the assistance mode.
