I love this seat. I did a lot of research on finding a comfortable seat for my mountain bike. I talked to my local bike shop and they didn't recommend it unless I was riding a little more hard core. One of the guys gave me the stink eye when I mentioned it. I took a chance and got it anyway. I figured it was Prime so I didn't have anything to lose. Complete difference from me stock seat on my Cannondale. Still have to wear my padded shorts but the feel is so much better. I went with the middle softness as I had read that being too soft can end up with comfort issues too. You may have to try multiple seats but this one worked for me.I know some riders are going to say "But you shouldn't be sitting that much anyway" which is true when I riding hard (roots, mud and rocks) but my wife likes the smooth maintained gravel bike routes so sometimes I end up sitting a lot.

I've ridden this saddle for about 1000 miles now and I do like it. As many others have mentioned, it does take a bunch of adjustments to get it "just right." In my case, I started with it too far back and had to increment it forward. It is still possible to get numbness: I don't know how in the world it happens, but it does. Regardless, if I were to design a men's bike saddle, this is pretty much what I'd like to come up with. I definitely like the shorter forward tang: your genitals hang off the front. This in my opinion is a quantum improvement over conventional saddle design. And the twin-tine design does remove much of the pressure on the peritoneal (sp?) nerve area. As mentioned,it is not perfect, but it is an improvement over every other saddle I've ridden.

I have three ISM saddles; two PR1.0's, one on the touring bike and one on an Airbike (the devil's exercise bike), and a touring saddle on an MTB. I am about to buy a PR2.0 to put on my road bike. After trying lots of different types of saddles, most with long noses, these are the only ones I find comfortable on long journeys. I decided to put this review in contradiction to another reviewer who thinks that anyone who praises these saddles must be I an employee of the company or a seller; I am neither, just an ordinary cyclist trying to get fit and lose a bit of weight. I cannot recommend these saddles highly enough.

I own 2 of these saddles and prefer this to the more expensive longer narrow 1.1.Takes a few rides to get used to but I struggle to adjust to my conventional saddles. Here is my personal problem with these ism saddles. The measurement between centre of rail and top of saddle is 18mm more than standard saddle. As the Ism is also wider to compensate for this I have to drop my saddle height 28mm. Due to my bike fit with slightly shorter legs this puts my carbon seat post below minimum mark.

I have this installed on a bike which is attached to a home trainer and it is very comfortable - key is proper adjustment, which takes trial and error. Be sure to read the instructions regarding seat height. I did not, and the saddle was too high when I first installed it, resulting in hip pain. This saddle needs to be adjusted a little lower than normal due to its unique shape. Once I lowered the seat a good 1/2" to 3/4", no more hip pain and very comfortable.

No more sore bum on long rides, no more nappy pants needed. After more than 300 miles of off road / trekking mountain bike riding I cannot fault this saddle. On a long ride it is easy to move backwards of forwards on the saddle to adjust your weight not only on the saddle but also as a result on the handlebars making for more comfortable long rides - no numbness or tingling.

I'm a big guy and I struggled for years to find a comfortable saddle and I do believe I found it. Once you get over the way it looks and get into the way that it feels you'll be coming instant fan. 75 miles in the saddle and absolutely no numbness in the crotch area. Give it a shot because you have nothing to lose and if you don't like it you can return it.

This seat is very comfortable for long rides on my TT bike. I tried it with tri shorts as well and did not need extra padding that regular bike shorts offer. I am very satisfied with the comfort it offers. Make sure you go to their website for proper fitting. It may feel awkward in the beginning but if set correctly it provides great comfort.

I ordered this seat for a 2015 giant propel areo road bike. The seat meets and exceeds the manufactures claims. My only issue has been set-up. It is very finicky to minor adjustments and takes patience. Be sure to take an Allen wrench with you for the first few rides, but once you find the correct set up its a very comfortable seat.

This is my third Adamo saddle - and I love them. Three things make biking not so fun - sore crotch, stiff neck and cranky hands. This sure took care of the sore crotch. Made all the difference in the world to me. I'm still working on the other two (stretching my neck as I ride along and using aero bars when I can).

Although it takes 1-2 exits to get used to the saddle, but then you do not want to drive any other. Especially in the triathlon area and in the time trial position he is very comfortable and nothing hurts anymore. Drive him on the normal RR too. It's worth it!

Brilliant seat, Best that i have ever had, Takes a few rides to set it up properly. and then you couldnt be more comfortable riding a bike and no numb bits, ps.. i do not work for the company just a very satisfied customer, Money very well spent.

My urologist recommended that I stop riding my bike. A friend who rides triathlons and a friend who rides time trials both recommended I try ISM saddles. Problem solved! I now have ISM saddles on all my bikes (and changed urologists).

My wife loves it.... have gone from hardly riding her 38 year old touring bike to having cycles out most weekends and three cycle holidays this year. Looks a little odd as mounts way back on seat post. Was riding a Brooks B17.

Extremely comfortable BUT takes getting used to (Took me a couple weeks, about 10-11 small 20 mile rides) but from day1 I knew the seat works/will work for me ---- I usually ride about 50 ~ 60 miles max on the weekend.
