I ride a road bike for therapy. The saddle that came with the bike was uncomfortable, to say the least, so I bought a Selle Diva to try out. That saddle worked okay until it didn't. I started getting numbness in an area no woman wants to go numb on longer rides (20+ miles). My local brick-and-mortar bike shop let me try about six or seven saddles, trying to find something that would work for me, but none of them alleviated the pressure points. Out of desperation, I purchased this saddle. It's more than I've ever spent on a bike saddle, and I was afraid it wasn't going to work (I spoke to the seller about this; they told me I could return it if it didn't work and I wrapped the rails so nothing got scratched up).Oh.My. God.Where the heck was this saddle when I started riding? I have *zero* numbness with this, even on extended rides. Yeah, it takes some adjusting because it's an odd shape (I had to make some adjustments to my bars on height and such to compensate for being closer to them), but to be able to ride for as long/far as I want without anything going numb?Try the saddle. If you've got bits going numb, try this saddle. ISM is a great company, and their customer service was wonderful in helping me figure out which saddle would work for me before I made the purchase. I hope they never stop making these noseless saddles!

Counterfeit product. I went to register this seat because it’s not cheap, at the end of the registration process a message pops up and says it’s counterfeit. The seat is comfortable so I can only imagine what an original would be like. Gonna give this seat another shot from another seller.**I came back to edit this review! So after thinking the seat was counterfeit, I ordered another seat from the manufacturer while I still had the seat I purchased from amazon so I could compare. Once I received the new seat directly from the manufacturer, the two were identical. Everything from the casting marks found on the plastic base underneath, to the packaging it came in.The bar codes on the packaging and even the plastic bag both seats were sent it. These seats also have a scratch-off foil cover over a serial number on the seat bottom that you remove to register. This cover was in-tact when I received the seat from amazon. So long story shortened up a bit, this seat I purchased from amazon is actually an original and the manufacturer will call it “possibly counterfeit” to be able to control how their product is sold? I’m not sure. I’m keeping the seat from amazon and sent back the on purchased from the manufacturer. It’s really comfortable and I’m stoked to be able to rack up the miles, pain free.

If you have been searching for a saddle for that long haul bike this is the one. I’m 6’3” 185lbs avid cyclist I ride a all carbon bike but most stock saddles lose their comfort around the 25th mile. I typically ride 25-30 miles on weekdays and double that on a weekend day so I wanted something I could sit on and feel great. This did the trick! All people are different but men vary in size in their anatomy, specifically the width of the sit bone and size of their reproductive organs. For me I have wider sit bone spacing but I don’t weight a lot and my anatomy never was able to settle in on standard style saddles. This saddle allows your anatomy to hang off the front and it interfaces with your sit bones directly. The 30 series padding helps for those long climbs where you’re stuck in the saddle and when you’re in the drops you and shift around easily. The only thing to consider is the setup differences vs a traditional style saddle. My saddle to center of the crank is 39-1/16”inches with this saddle it’s 36-7/8” inches. And I have is set as far aft as allowed per the marks

This is my third different ISM saddle I've purchased. The first two I loved but there was always something I wished was slightly different. The last model I rode was the prologue it was just a little bit too long for me. I want to love this saddle but the main issue I have with it is the front two inches one side is understuffed and the other side is overstuffed. This is not tolerable since the purpose of this type of saddles is to perch on the very nose. I would love to get hold of same saddle if could get one without defect. I will update rating of can get one evenly padded.UPDATE 8/31/2017I returned my first saddled and purchased the same model. The 2nd saddle padding is PERFECT.Last weekend I spent 8 hours in the saddle, 4 hours climbing, part descending and part on the flat. I have ZERO soreness anywhere. I was able to ride the next day with no indication of tenderness. On the same ride, my brother was almost crippled using high-end San Marco traditional saddle. Best saddle I have ever owned at any price.

Outstanding saddle. This is for my Rockhopper and I bought it after great experience with another one on my spin cycle. For my spin cycle I got the broad short seat - no need for side control. This model with the longer front gives you the side/thigh control when you need it.I am a super fan of these ISM saddles. I mainly ride relatively flat to mildly hilly forest trails. With some street connections. I generally ride 30-60 minutes and these ISM seats have solved all the neuropothy issues with conventional saddles. My only admonishment is that it takes (1) a while to get used to it, and (2) a while to get it adjusted. Truly follow the instructions - as they seem wrong (drop, angle). And give it a week to get used to and also tweak the adjustments (bring your tools on your rides). It took me under but near a week to get it where it's working great for me - and to get used to it. So please do be prepared to work through this change - you won't regret it!

I'm in the process of training for a full length Ironman and I was experiencing considerable pain from the saddle that my TT bike originally came with and subsequently one other saddle. I had been professionally fit but could not find any relief for rides in excess of 2 hours. I purchased this saddle based on previous reviews, and the fact that it was very reasonably priced. I can't say that this is the cushiest saddle, but it does allow me to ride in an aero position for extended periods, and I can complete longer rides with very little discomfort. Because of the split nose design, this saddle is also very effective of eliminating pain in the "male area." This saddle fits the bill for me,and I would be very confident recommending this saddle for the casual rider, or someone experience pain "down below." Saddle fit is also very individual, so if you are planning on more extensive riding you may want to incorporate a professional fitting in the process.

Seat is comfortable for long (1.5 hours or longer) rides. No more numbness or discomfort in the lower sensitive areas while riding. I've had another style of "hornless" comfort seat before, but this ISM PR3.0 is much better. the ISM PR3.0 is more compact than my previous "hornless" seat and while it's similar in design to a traditional bike seat, the cutout down the center really relieves pressure on the undercarriage. Also, with the ISM PR3.0, I can still control the bike while riding with no hands. Plus, the seat is not too heavy (unlike the previous comfort seat I tried).I really like this seat and will buy another one for my other bicycle. The only negative comment I could think of is that the seat might be a tad squeakier/noisier than the seat it replace, but that does not bother me. Also, although this is not an inexpensive seat, it is worth the money if you ride for long distances/bike commute.

So I've only been on one ride, but wanted to write a review before I forgot. I just did my first half triathlon near Boston and my butt was so sore on the stock Bontrager seat that was on my Trek. I just got this ISM seat and did a 21 mile ride today, and I didn't even begin to get sore. I will try to remember to update after some longer rides, but first great impression. BTW, I'm 5'10" and about 190. There was a decent amount more cushion over the stock seat, but didnt feel cheap and bouncy. The no-nose split front didn't feel weird at all. Hoping this solves all my problems and continues to be great.Update: one year later, still love this seat and won't go back to the traditional seat shape.Rode it for a 45 mile charity ride and metric century ride and it was great.

Best bike seat I've ever had. I bought it couple months ago but waited to review it to make sure I liked it over time. I am a female but bought it because my other two seats put lots of pressure on my privates when I lean forward (I have a hybrid bike) which was very painful and I could not ride very far. I have no discomfort using this seat, even from day one! I had no "break in" issues. It looks weird but has allowed me to ride again & increase my riding distance. Definitely worth every penny!PS In past I had much pain in coccyx area, d/t history of broken coccyx, and couldn't ride any bike for many years which is why I finally tried a hybrid bike.I have no problems with my coccyx area on this seat either.

I've been using an ISM Adamo saddle for the past 5 years and recently bought this particular one for indoor use on my trainer. It is simply the most comfortable saddle I've ever used. Granted, you'll have to accustom yourself to it like any other saddle so count on being a bit tender for a period of time, but the rider's body weight isn't borne on soft tissue. Instead, you're relying on the bony/fleshy part of the pelvis to bear the weight. I ride a TT bike and am leaning forward most of the time, this saddle has been a life saver. I will say that fitting this saddle to you is critical. Check out YouTube to learn how to install/fit/adjust the ISM Adamo saddles.

I bought the ISM Adamo Race II first. Great looking saddle but too narrow for my sit bones. I was reluctant to order the PR3 because in the pictures it looked like it might be as big as a beach cruiser seat. Took a chance based on the reviews. Great looking saddle. 6" wide, just 0.5" wider than the Race II but makes all the difference. Perfect fit for me at 5'10" 190. Rode 17 miles of hills at an 1:05:00 and had zero numbness. (I didn't ride the RaceII so I'm not saying prior numbness was from that saddle. It was from a standard Ritchie saddle). Anyway, I'm pretty happy with it after 1 ride

This saddle changed my life. I bought it as a gift for my wife, not sure if she would like it. We have tried many seats in the past. She would get sore during the rides and then, depending on how long we rode, be sore for days after. No amount of chamois cream would help. From the moment she sat on this seat she said it was great. No need for chamois cream, no trying to adjust as we ride, no soreness during or after! She says there is a little more pressure on her sit bones. But very tolerable. Can’t recommend this saddle enough!!!

My training cycle came with an arched-top saddle that put a lot of pressure on the perineum, prompting frequent upright pedaling, despite whether it made sense for the course. After switching to this saddle, I can focus on how my legs are working and pretty much forget about everything else.It takes a bit to get used to, but is far more comfortable than a traditional saddle. I might choose the version with a longer nose because of my shape, but am happy with this for my training cycle.

This definitely reduced the physical symptoms I was experiencing, but be forewarned, this thing is NOT comfortable. I got this specifically because it was one of the most "padded" saddles that ISM offers, but my first couple of rides were downright painful and after riding every day for 2 months, its still not anywhere near as comfortable as the plush gel saddle I used to have. I'm keeping this to save my genitals, but ISM has a lot more work to do in the comfort department.

Top saddle. After not cycling for a long time (20 years) I bought an e-bike. But saddle hurt after a week. Came through youtube on ISM saddles. And after some research I bought this saddle. To my surprise. NO saddle pain anymore. Just getting used to sitting on a saddle. But no longer the pain I had before. Recommended. Super comfortable. I will never actually buy another brand of saddle again. In fact, my father who likes to go cycling will get 1 from me as a gift soon.
