I got these for someone else so can't comment on their actual use. However, they appeared well made, solid, quality construction, good cork handles. They are just 2 section so don't collapse down very short - but the less sections the better since fewer weak points. German construction/company. Some weight to them since not carbon fibre but add's to the feel that they are solid.

I bought these Nordic walking poles as had just started a class and wanted to get out and about on my own in between times. The wrist straps are not as good as those used on Leki poles, but for the price you cannot complain, and they are a good investment for beginners - in fact such a good buy Ibought a second pair for my Mum!

I walk regularly with a nordic walking group and it is useful to have my own poles. These poles were an absolute bargain, comfortable to use with only one caveat - the handle grips can be a bit fiddly and there is no quick release mechanism.

These poles are great, I was doubtful when I purchased them because I have a hip problem. I must admit I wont go on walks without them now, they have improved my walking helping me keep up with other walkers.P Evans

Good value for money. Way cheaper than others on the market but do the job just as well. I've only just completed my Nordic Walking training and didn't yet want to invest in expensive sticks so these are perfect.

These are really great. Brought first pair and loved so much, brought second pair for hubby :) Only down point is the strap does not detatch from the pole, but hey for that price....

Love them..really help me walk.as I have back pain I can't walk far but these help me go further and you get a upper body work out as well

I have found these poles an excellent alternative when travelling.Well made & strong therefore making them ideal to travel with

These sticks i bought to replace similar ones and they seem fine its good you can adjust them as i used them on a recent holiday

good poles not used excessively yet but so far doing well. Hand grips very comfortable I'm very happy with my purchase.

It does the job at a fantastic price.People at our Nordic Walking club are very impressed by value for money.

Generally the poles are good, but I don't like the wrist straps, they are a poor fit and I don't use them.
