I ordered this in pink for my daughter to take into hospital and it was exactly what she wanted. Lovely colour and nice styling with the pockets and contrast binding. Excellent quality fabric (not see-through like some thinner, cheaper nightdresses). Don't know how it washes, as it hasn't been worn yet. My daughter is 5'4" and a size 8; the length is just right, but would have preferred if the nightdress was made in a size 8/10, as the 6/8 was slightly too tight and the 10/12 a tad too big. We opted to keep the size 10/12, so I'm hoping it will shrink a little if I tumble dry it.

I would say the item I ordered is slightly longer than the one shown in the picture but being 5' 8" tall I am very happy about this.I like the cuff sleeves as they don't ride up my arms whilst sleeping. Not always easy to find a long sleeve nightdress so was pleased to find this item. Cannot comment on laundering the item yet but I do not think there will be a problem.
