These shorts are great for running. However they do not have a built in liner so you will need to wear something supportive underneath. Gore do versions of these shorts with built in compresion liner.The pockets are great and easy to open with gloves on they allow you to easily carry gels and a phone without interfering with your run.

Fit is not to tight but still flattering. Material absorbs sweat well and washes well - no colour fade. Fits true to size. Only thing I dislike is the price a little too much.

I like the feel and stretchy aspects. Don't like the lack of tightening chord. Use for Yoga, running and tennis
