Amazon still haven't fixed the title from being told its wrong months ago. These are the men's trousers, there are no gore-tex active trousers for women unless you count this as unisex - check their website and images of the men's active r3. I ordered a pair as customer service were unsure and found the label to be men's.As for review, they are great for running in heavy cool/cold rain along with something like the r7 shakedry jacket yet they are slightly baggy so you will feel resistance if its windy. They have Velcro tabs to make the lower legs fit closer to reduce this - yet pulling them too tight make expose the top of your shoes (doesn't matter much I found for 10-12k in waterproof shoes though,

Tried the setup in a heavy rainy day on my bianchi and it kept me dry as it promised. Very light weighted with a thinly made fabric so it will be the gear you can use through the summer. You need the extra layers, gloves and scarf in a winter ride as I found a Japanese November night cold in it.
