Absolutely does what it say on the tin. For further information on the technical specs suggest you go to the Gore website. I'm 5ft 8in and 70kg and the jacket fits perfectly with a little room to spare around the waist area. Features like in built hand loops and a high cut comfortable collar means the jacket stays in place whilst running as well as the wind not getting in around the neck area. Reasonably lightweight and really does feel high quality. I wear it with a lightweight base layer for winter runs and I'm as toasty as can be.

This is a brilliant quality running jacket. The material is nice soft touch material and is put together very well. Love the design, and, as I run on country roads in winter, ensures that I can be seen early on due to the reflective elements. Running a 10k at night in about 0 degrees, I am the perfect temperature with just a short sleeved running top underneath. I am about 40 inch chest (6ft tall) and the XL is probably a touch too big form me, but ended up keeping it. Great jacket from a great brand.
