There is a nice pocket that holds my phone, without noticing its there.Keeps wind and rain out, and with your arms free it's easy to regulate the temperature on longer runs.I am 186 cm / 80 kg and large fits perfectly over a shirt. Very satisfied with this vest, the wind just not bother you. I wear it in all my winter runs (and not only).Amazon's service just Ok, the delivery time in my country I think is too big (2 weeks), when from other eshops is maximum 1. But everything is fine.

Nice quality gilet bought for running and mountaineering. Better made than MAMMUT equivalent gilet.
