I bought one of these tyres to replace a punctured Michelin tyre with similar specifications. The Fuel Efficiency and Wet Grip ratings are what sold the tyre to me, and a few months in I must say that it has done the job very well. I must concede that it is hard to form a definitive judgement when this Goodyear tyre is only one of four tyres, but since replacing its Michelin counterpart the fuel efficiency at the very least has stayed the same and probably improved ever so slightly based on the amount of miles per full tank of petrol I have been getting. Due to the time of the year I can't offer any comment on performance on snow or ice, but grip in the wet has been very good.

I've had these on my Focus Mk 1 for 6 months now with no problems at all. I can only assume that there was a rogue batch somewhere that has caused the poor reviews, because I've had none of those issues. I had Dunlop Blu Response before and was very reluctant to change "down" to Goodyear. It was only a flat in France, and having no choice but to take what was on offer locally, that made me swap. However, I'm glad I did. These are every bit as reliable in the wet and dry. I drive moderately and have had no issues with a loss of grip or the sidewall problems reported elsewhere. My only gripe is the rip-off UK market - these cost the same in Euros in France as they do in £ here and are considerably cheaper there than the Blu Response.

I have a Mk2 Ford Focus, and wanted an affordable set of tyres. My Michelin & Hancooks had lasted a long time, but the car developed a rather nasty pull to the right. I had spent a while trying to find a good set of branded tyres that ranked well for fuel efficiency, grip and noise. These ticked all the boxes - in fact, they had the best rating I could find. Where else could you get Grip (A) and Efficiency (B) for under £50 a corner???I've had them on a few days, and they are SUPERB. I was worried about the reports of a weak sidewall, especially with a Mk2 focus mid-size car. No issues whatsoever. In have been using these tyres for about 2 years on a couple of different cars. I have found them to be very good in all respects, wear, grip and noise. Like all modern eco tyres, they will struggle a bit in snow but most of that is down to driving technique.They are also less prone to wearing the shoulders than the Michelins which were OEM on my current car and last about 30% longer than the Michelins too. I.e. the Michelin Pilot Sport on the rear of my rear wheel drive car lasted 25,000 miles, the Goodyears now fitted have done 22,000 miles and have 4-5mm of tread left.Given the price these are an absolute bargain.

Amazingly silent tyres! Best price here on amazon. Don't know if the specification with being super fuel efficent is true. I'm using ~ 0.2l/100km petrol more than my old hard and loud tyres. But this will may be also dependant on how full you pump them with air. They are definitely a good quality and the grip is much better compared to my old infinity tyres. I assume that fuel effiency must be higher due to the super road stickyness :).. Would definitely recommend them.

These are one of the best tyres in terms of comfort and longevity. Done 40k+ miles and they still have around 3.5-4mm remaining of treat. Also they grip very well in both wet and dry conditions, they are super quiet too. Not for sporty driving, they are too soft to handle hard cornering, but great to cushion the suspension. 5 ⭐️ From me.

These tyres were fitted to my 2009 MX5 2.0 it goes round corners like it's on rails. Compared to the old tyres fitted, At one stage the fitters had trouble balancing them but now sorted. I haven't lost the back end yet, but maybe on a nice dry surface I may push it a little harder.

Good tyre, but not as good in the wet as the W speed rated version. They seem to be a bit softer and lacking in wet grip.The comfort is good as is the rolling noise.My ones are made in Poland where as the W rated (Better) versions are made in Germany.

Goodyear tires are always quieter than most rivals, they have excellent grip in dry and wet conditions and are always in Top 5 in every tires comparison test. The price undercuts often their rivals.

I bought this series of tyres for the second time. It is very happy. Silently, good coupling on dry and on the damp road. Remarkably for the car and safety of the driver. Very much I recommend.

Good tired, cheap price but nice quality. Quite on the road and have great grip but I would not call them lost lasting. Some of the Dunlop tires I had lasted almost twice as long as these.

Nice tyres with great wet grip not to bad in the dry . Sidewalls are a little spongy not as stiff as my previous bridgestones . All in all a good tyre at a fantastic price
