I'm not too handy with diy but this was easy to assemble once I downloaded the instructions (none in the pack). I did it myself and it was fine but you are probably better having a helper for some parts. I'm very happy with the final result. It looks lovely in the garden and has opened up an area of our garden which was being underused. It draws the eye of visitors and has added a lovely finishing touch to the garden. It is great value and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This arbour looks really good now that it is fully assembled and in its place in the garden. The overall quality is nice, and it looks very much as it does in the picture. I'm very pleased with it. But, as other reviewers have said, the process of assembly was diabolical. You need an electric drill, an electric screwdriver, a hammer, a work bench, a large flat surface, a measuring tape, plenty of experience of DIY, a strong friend, endless patience, and a long, dry weekend.

Clear instructions for easy enough assembly which at various stages needed 2 people. I would also recommend using a cordless screwdriver.....lots of screws!The wood was all in good nick & well treated (a couple of lengths slightly bent... but hey, it’s wood & once screwed tightly into place no issues!)Shouldn’t tell you this but I’ve converted this Arbour into an Ar-Bar!! Once painted, it looks great & cant wait to use it to entertain family & friends!

I needed a focal point at the bottom of our garden and had always wanted to get a wooden arbour. Until I saw this one I had not found the perfect product. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with this and it has already given rise to lots of compliments. Care is needed to make sure that you follow the directions to the letter to get the perfect result. If you do, then you will be as pleased as we are with the finished result.

When the arbour was first delivered, we carefully read through the instructions and checked all the parts. Assembly was easy enough when holes were pre-drilled, but when they were not it was more difficult having to pre-drill first before putting it together. However, we are very pleased with the over all finish - and looks lovely and in the garden. It withstood strong winds recently, but we aref fixing it to base as a precaution!

It took 2 people to build but it wasnt too difficult. Instructions could do with being more detailed though instead of 6 bullet points!Its looks very stylish in my garden and Ive decorated it with wind chimes and climbing roses. I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it.

was delivered by the supplier and unfortunately had no construction instructions but called argos and they gave me a contact number they then e-mailed instructions and was put together in a coupke of hours really pleased with it and is a great addition as a feature in the garden

Exactly what we wanted and reasonably priced, but a nightmare to assemble. Lots of the wood was bowed so the pre drilled holes didn't line up. It's a good job my husband is a tradesman with the tools and know how to be able to assemble it.

I've brought 2 of these little Arbours for both my sons as a new home gift. It's really lovely! They're very happy with it. I'm happy too. Well made. Ive had my octagon forest greenhouse now for 16 years and I absolutely love it.

Good looks and value for money. Easy to assemble and fairly sturdy and stable once finished. Only negative is that the seat is not comfortable after about 10 to 15 minutes, perhaps just a bit short.

Love my Arbour, I have placed it in the corner of my garden where I can sit and read or just enjoy the beauty of nature all around me.

Lovely addition to our garden. We have painted it as we prefer it to the natural look. Good quality and assembly was reasonably easy.

Bought this for extra seating in the garden, very happy with the quality, easy to assemble and would definitely recommend

It took a lot of assembling -predrilling and then screwing in 100 plus screws but the finished article looks great !!

I assembled this arbour within a few hours with no issues. The construction is strong and sturdy. Highly recommend .
