This has to be the very best dog lead I have ever owned, and believe me, having had eight dogs over a number of years, I have tried pretty much every lead there is!What is special about it?Firstly the paded handle - it is soft to the touch, but delightfully padded, feeling chunky and sturdy and DOES NOT BURN if the dog jerks sharply (as mine does when it sees something to chase) and twists it round the wrist.The padded handle also is easy grip, which does not easily slip off the wrist (unless you are deliberately trying to get it off your wrist) and stays where it is.It is comfy in the hand and above all, very very very light in weight.The lead folds up nice and small in the hand or pocket.The large clip is easy to attach to collar or harness,

My English Springer is rather excitable when it comes to his walks ... he tends to and walk me. I have used a variety of leads in the past 2 years but never really found one that I love. He has managed to un-clip himself once of twice so I am always a little nervous with a new lead. This one has a larger clip which is robust and withstands his pulling with ease. The handle is very comfortable, I would say it is on the thicker side if you have small hands but I don't mind it. The length of the lead is very good too as your four legged friend will be able to explore whist remaining under control! I would say this lead would not be suitable for very small dogs due to the size and weight of the clip but I have no complaints and am very happy!Hope this review helps you.

I wanted a new comfort lead for my Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross as a standard lead really hurt my hand when she pulled. This one fits the bill fabulously. I have fairly small hands, and the hand loop is fine for me as I put it around my wrist anyway, and the loop is very comfortable. The lead itself is light and the metal clip is sturdy, although the clip is a little larger than I was expecting. I am happy with the 120cm length as her previous lead was shorter, so got pulled into the mud with the dog when she decided to investigate something! Overall it looks well made and feels strong, so I am sure it will last a good while.

I got this with the matching collar and harness as a set and have been VERY happy with the lot.This lead is absoloutly fantastic. Brilliantly padded (as with the harness and collar) making it extremely comfortable. The build quality is far superior to any other lead I have ever owned. It's got a good chunky clip, plently long enough, nice and flexible, and looks smart too. I really feel that this is going to last much longer than my Labradors last lead.You DEFINATLY get wha you pay for with this (and Ergocomforts other products). Would recommend this to ANY dog owner.

Superb lead, the best I have ever owned, and I have owned many many leads in my life as a dog owner.This one has an easy-use clip for the attaching to a harness or collar (I prefer harness) and a flat lead with a padded loop for the hand.The loop is SO comfy on the hand and can be worn over the wrist with no chafing or rubbing to the hand as it is so soft.It also crumples up nicely in the handbag when not in use, and if you do get it mucky, just do as I do and shove it in an underwear bag and into the washing machine with the doggy towels, comes up beautifully.

Our Akita is a big strong dog with her own mind which means she usually wants to go the opposite direction to me. Despite this, my wrists don't suffer at all whilst using this lead. The cushioning is just right to allow you to maintain control of it yet not lose circulation in your hand,The strap is thick and strong enough that our dog who likes to hold it in her mouth and chew, hasn't caused any damage to it. The clip is also big and strong and easy to use even whilst wearing thick woolly gloves.Definitely recommended.

Lovely lead but not suitable for my 40kg German Shepherd. I ordered 120 x 20mm and when it arrived the tag says "small/medium dogs" - this information should be available with product description.Additionally this product can not be returned, at all. Again, this information should be available in product description.Amazon processed a refund for me regardless (had to contact customer service) but the product as such is not returnable.

As most new dog owners, and particularly new puppy owners, I have accumulated a vast amount of various walking aides in all shapes and sizes. This is one of the best leads I have bought. The webbed strapping is strong, and well secured at both ends, good quality clip and above all a comfortable handle, if I can ever achieve a non-pulling German shepherd this will be the everyday and only lead I need, one day!

nice lead, comfortable to hold. Good length. Only issue is that clasp that hooks on to dog collar/harness is quite heavy. This will not be an issue for larger dogs but my dog is small (7kg, jack russel cross) and worry it is not comfortable resting on his back where it clips to his harness. He does not seem to be in discomfort but would not use it on a dog that was any smaller than mine such as a toy breed.

I was given one of these leads by a friend, this purchase was a replacement as my young dog had chewed it a bit. I have Arthritis very severe in my thumbs and this is the only dog lead that I will ever use now. The soft handle is the only comfortable one I have ever found and it allows me to walk my dog in comfort. A fantastic purchase i really don't think you will ever find something as comfortable.

Used these leads and harnesses for years.They last a very long time do well worth the price.I would recommend anyone who has large dogs to buy these leads/harnesses as with large dogs it can be very tiring walking them if they are very energetic. These leads take the stress out if your hands dnd wristsI have had lots of large dogs dnd these harnesses & leads are the best.

Very nice - comfortable in the hand, with a good padded handle. Look and feel like they will last. We carry them in the car at all times as an 'emergency lead' - they are just the right length for getting dogs under control if something unexpected happens, or at the end of a walk, coming off the beach etc but without having to carry around a full length lead.

I bought this dog lead because of the padded handle; my dog pulls so I wanted something to protect my hand. This worked well for a time but the stitches on the handle portion began to come undone quite quickly and the lead was then useless. I am sure it would work well for a dog that does not pull, though. It was comfortable while it lasted.

After trying this on a walk with my 85 lb Alsatian I find it one of the best, if not thee best lead I've used and I've been using them about 50 odd year. Looks good, well made but light and the handle is just a revelation when you slip it over your wrist, so comfortable. Can honestly recommend this product.

Esy to clip on and so easy to HOLD with and without gloves and for any situation .The only improvement id like to see is a clip just above the Collar clip for attaching an LED light . So other road/field users know i have something with me .My Dogs White anckles are now always white or seeable.
