I'm a bass player and pianist so I need strong hands, I also own an Eagle Catcher but I've found it painful to use. This does the job well and there is an leaflet describing various exercises. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to work on their individual fingers and the great part is that it fits in your pocket so you can use it anywhere!

product arrived early, which was pleasing.the resistance is pretty good on these, will definitely strengthen your fingers/hands with repeated use.for the price it's a decent purchase.
