What an amazing turnaround....2hrs later after having spoke to an amazing caring customer service representative called Linda who dealt with my first call & assisted in raising a complaint....she had me laughing & I had calmed down completely by the end of the call (I hope you get to see this message as I wish to say a BIG THANK YOU).....Well another driver from APC turns up completely unexpected....he was a male in his 60's not 30's like the first courier who showed up, & he too like Linda represented everything that Customer Service should be all about....Matthew also had NO ISSUE on delivering the tyres one flight up using stairs....fortunately at this point my brother was present to
