I appreciate it because of the fresh taste. The salts do not push into the foreground. The high magnesium content acts on the muscles (it is said) and prevents painful spasms.

For me the best taste so far, the salts are in the obstacle and do not disturb. The Mg protects against muscle cramps (but should be taken regularly).
