Found it very good at depth finding on river. A bit heavy, so when it hits the water there's quite a commotion.I'd recommend considering not using it when fishing on smaller rivers but to map the bed on another occasion or at end of a session for future reference.It hasn't picked-up any fish yet but that's not necessarily bad thing as I didn't buy it for that.It picked up individual rocks in a swim that I could then avoid as well as weed growth.

You need to download the deeper app before you begin which is straight forward. The deeper is an amazing bit of high tech in a little ball. You will need a strong bit of kit to cast out if your going from the bank. Satellite coverage is abit hit and miss depending on weather and where you are, just like your phone I suppose, but all in all brilliant.

Unit it self is great it's the material it's constructed from I've since discovered its ballistic plastic so can break easy if dropped or if there is submerged rocks witch could damaged cover

Great product for feature finding and lake topology, don’t get carried away with the fish finder as it’s an indication but focus on the topology. Great little product easy to install and use

great product does exactly what its intended for just remember when casting out to use a heavier braid or mono so u dont break it off. casts quite a distance with a bit of practice

Very pleased. Easy to set up and works well. Only thing I would say is i would like to know what size fish it shows up when fish finder is on.

It does the job. The app is clear and obvious. Im not technical in any way but this was easy to set up
