Inexpensive, branded, good quality bar tape. I use a proprietary thin tape as a first wrap and this stuff as a second wrap to provide cushioning on a gravel bike without too much ‘girth’ to the bar. Bars are FSA Omega compact with SRAM Apex levers and the entire setup works well this this taping setup. Many people leave poor reviews simply because they don’t know how to apply bar tape. I’ve tried about 15-20 types over the years and this stuff is top quality. Use electrical tape rather than the bits they include. To double wrap , make sure you cut the existing tape 1cm or so back from the end as leave about 5mm overhang of the second layer to tuck in under your bar plug.Seal the ends with tape and overlap the end plug too.

I think this bar tape is so good that I run it on all of my bikes. It does everything a £30 tape does for a fraction of the cost. It's nice and easy to install. It is very comfortable to hold on to, providing confidence in descents and comfort over rough surfaces. In wet conditions it is still very grippy, and the water wipes off very easily. There are some cons to the bar tape, they don't put me off at all but they might put others off, the 1 star missing off my rating reflects these:The finishing strip is poor, it doesn't stick well and generally looks cheapWhen removing the tape from bars the adhesive tends to stick to the barsThe coloured options get dirty really quickly, and is impossible to clean

This product it's excellent, It will stretch about 7" extra in total, first try it without peel but do not stretch yet, than start to peel the film off about 4" at time go for one around at time and pull it hard it will extend but pay attention not too much, remember you can undo your round and start again but not too worry about the glue because it is the stretching that will make this product stick on the steering so more you stretch and more thin and stick will be, overlap just about 3 mm at end of each edge and again stretch to the next round, it is better if you stretch it half round at time for more control and precise work when overlap on the top of the edge at about 3 mm.

Just used for the first time and before doing so was really concerned it would be difficult to get a good finish. To my discovery it is quite simple to do and not worth the worry I gave it. Shamefully due to my concern the old tape has needed replacing since a fall a year or more ago. This box of tape even sat on top of the radiator collecting dust for two months....One point worthy of consideration is that I had thought this was the same tape plain white tape I was replacing but this version has little holes all over it so does look different to my original tape but i actually prefer the look.Great product and really makes the bike look like new again.

I bought this to put on a SUN Worksop cycle I was restoring for a friend.I had not put this type of tape on drop handlebars before; so I made sure I watched several TouTube videos before I attempted it (I recommend the PARK TOOL one).It was easy enough. Try to do it in a warm environment if you can, as it will stick better. In the photos, you will see I finished it with RED tape. This was done to match the frame. It comes with BLACK tape.

Replaced the stock handle bar tape on my bike with this. I love the color (matches my Cannondale road bike) and the feel. Not quite at "squishy" as what was on there before but still fells good during long rides. Tape was easy to put on. The black end plugs didn't work for me so I just re-used the plugs that came on my bike. The finishing strips are nice but I can see myself replacing them with electrical tape in the near future.

This is going to be short but straight forward. It's another great item from Deda but only for quality. Maybe in track they would look better but using yellow for a daily commuting is quite bad as it gets dirty very quickly, even though I wash by bike every few days they are turning into black already after less than a month.Other than that it's a very good quality item and absorbing most of the bumps on the road easily.

In addition to the fact that Milwaukee Orange goes oh-so-well with back, Deda Elementi bar tape is my personal favorite when it comes to comfort as well. The nice folks at Deda Elementi were also nice enough to place the logos in such a way that with a little care while wrapping your bars you can manage a sleek, aesthetic look rather than one that does nothing more than broadcasting whose bar tape you're partial to.

Great value for money, the tape looks very nice on my bike and has a nice comfortable feel to it. I wasn't sure initially how to fit the tape but after looking at tutorials on YouTube, I found it relatively straightforward. The tape package includes everything you need to fix the tape securely onto your handlebars. A great name at a great price. Also arrived very promptly in the post. Recommended.

I'm new to re-taping handlebars - and the videos I watched about how-to were alarming about what I might need (bits to go under the brakes, bits to fix the ends, endless skill...). However, this tape came complete with all I needed, was long enough for both sides, and came in just the colour I wanted. It might not look professional (it didn't come with the endless skill!) but it will do nicely.

Used this to repair/replace the rubber handles on my lawn mower. Once installed, it is 10 times better than the handle material that came stock on the machine. I strongly suspect this new handle wrap will last longer than the mower itself.Very comfortable on the hands, and even absorbs a bit of the vibration. Pleased with this product, and will consider it for other uses as well.

The Handlebar Tape Is Great It Has A Nice Feel And I Was Using It On A Pair Of Handlebar Bar Ends So There Was Plenty Of Tape And It Did Have Adhesive Tape On The Back Which Worked A Treat This Is The First Time I Have Used This Type Of Tape And If I Can Do It Anyone Can So Yes I Would Recommend This To Anyone Great Tape Nice Feel GOOD JOB

Bought this to wrap a bare metal handlebar on a buggy/stroller. It works perfectly and one was enough to give a comfortable layer all across with ease. Only gripe was the small tape for securing the ends wasn't as sticky as it could have been and meant the end wasn't smoothly finished, but it's a very minor point. Would purchase again.

Nice bar tape! Thicker and more padded then most, and has a nice neutral texture, not too aggressive or smooth. Come with cool graphite looking bar end caps as well! One of the best padded bar tapes out there for sure. If you want something with a good feel and comfort, these are the best, and they are priced reasonably as well!

Good value, quality tape. Used 3 lots on various bikes. Does what you'd expect from tape at a higher price. Reasonable padding and grip. Only criticism is that if you ride with bare hands it becomes noticeably slippier with moist hands. However, with track mitts or winter gloves, it is excellent tape for all conditions.
