These masks are certainly a lot lighter than masks from 15-20 years ago when I used to snorkel and resort dive ! This set is a very good intermediate standard mask and snorkel FOR ADULTS that is the sort of thing you want to use on your holidays.It doesn't feel claustrophobic and the black skirt means you are not going to get reflections and glare you would get from clear skirts in bright conditions.The tempered glass lens means it is safe and will not scratch (unless you are clawing it with diamonds !)It is an iconic brand - so you remain cool and chic.The snorkel is a highly functional and arguably a better choice than a dry snorkel or those with purging valves both of which complicate asimple basic skill every snorkeller needs to know = blowing out hard to clear a snorkel when you have dived down under the water.The snorkel is flexible enough that it isn't going to pull your teeth out when knocked !We seem to have done away with the practice of having some high viz tape on the top of the snorkel which was ubiquitous through the 70's to the naughties but there you go.Even better than this - you might want to consider getting a full Cressi set including the fins. It is obviously more money and more bag space but fins will greatly enhance your snorkelling experience. If you don't want to carry fins with you, you can often hire fins in location for not a lot of cash or buy an inexpensive pair whilst you are there and donate or sell them to someone when you return.

I really like the ability to easily adjust the strap that goes from the sides of the mask around the back of your head. The little tab, marked with the name Cressi, on both sides of the mask, is easy to pull up to allow for exact fitting of the strap. When released the tab securely drops back into place and grips the raised ribs on the strap. Just make sure you adjust both sides evenly or the strap won't properly center on the back of your head.To me the mask fits well and snugly, and makes a good watertight seal all the way around the face mask.The clip that attaches the snorkel to the mask strap has is also adjustable up and down the snorkel, so it is easy to position the snorkel to a custom fit.The hard plastic topper, on the snorkel, is curved and is of a decent design which prevents unwanted water from entering the top of the snorkel. But, since there is no device to close top of the snorkel, as some snorkels are designed, you can get water into this snorkel. That would be my only complaint for this combination mask/snorkel unit.For scuba diving, where one is not using the snorkel, this mask is perfect.As a side note, for those of you that wear eye glasses, this mask will not accommodate them. Or, at least it would not accommodate mine.

This set only comes with the goggles and the snorkel. I don't think this is a true dry snorkel - I think the proper term is "semi-dry snorkel." The snorkel works well, and everything fits comfortably. It's not the fanciest set but gets the job done for your below-surface adventure. The goggles are pretty easy to adjust.I didn't get a carrying bag, but I have plenty of bags anyway. (I didn't deduct a star for this since this seems to be a product description error.)I like having my own snorkel set while on vacation so I don't pay to rent snorkeling gear which isn't that much cheaper, at least in the US, plus I prefer to avoid using items that other people put into their mouths.Considering how often I snorkeled in Hawaii, bringing my own set saves me money.

Super piece of kit; I bought this snorkel set for a recent holiday to Malaysia, having never snorkelled before, and it was brilliant. The fit was spot on and I didn't have any leaks or dodgy moments with the mask. The mouthpiece was comfortable and the glass remained clear throughout a two hour swim (I used some anti-fog spray and "burned" the inside of the glass before diving). The only negative I found was that the clip that holds the snorkel breathing tube to the mask was fiddly and needed a lot of adjustment before it would stay attached. Other than that it was excellent, and I'm SO glad I bought it - I saw so many fish, sea urchins, sea slugs and sharks!Snorkelling was one of the absolute highlights of my holiday.

Cressi offers a huge abundance of quality snorkeling gear to choose from. Some come with their own case. This set does not. The set comes in a plastic container, which you can use for storage if you wish.This set is Made in Italy. The mask is silicone, with a tempered glass lens. This makes it very comfortable. Of course the strap is adjustable. The section which fits around the back of your head is double-wide for extra security and comfort. Once you have it adjusted to your liking, this mask offers “buckles” for easy on/off. For the current price, it’s a very good buy.

The mask fits incredibly well on the face and is very easilu adjustable. I am an adult but I think it would fit a child as well. It doesn't leek at all. I tried it in about 1.5m water and was completely fine. If you prime the glass they don't fog either and visibility is very clear, hence good quality tempered glass. The snorkel tastes a bit like rubber but needed a few wears and it started to fade away. I used them in very salty water and swimming pools, no damage caused. These are very good for hobby snorkeling and for kids. Look exactly like picture.

This Cressi mask and snorkel is a really reasonably priced set for the casual snorkeler. Cressi is a respected Italian manufacturer and the silicon features are comfortable and fit well which produces a good seal. The adjustment on the strap is easy to work and hold securely after positioning. The tempered glass lens allows excellent visibility and a wide viewing angle. The snorkel works well, attaches easily to the mask straps, and is comfortable. It also has a shield to help prevent water splashing into the snorkel.

This snorkel set was very good quality for the price. Glasses were comfortable to wear with good adjustability. Did not fog up easily after proper preparation. The Snorkel tube is made of hard silicone so long term use might be an issue. THe mouth piece was soft and easy to hold in the mouth without much problem. However it is possible to get water in the snorkel if a wave splashes into it as there is no valve stopping from water entering into it and the mouth piece. Pretty easy to clean and transport as well.

After often buying cheap rubbish on holiday that is either uncomfy, leaks or both, I decided to get a decent brand and pack it in our case. So I bought 2 of these and took them to Greece. They were fine. Not the best I have ever worn (that was a loan set on a boat trip in Kefalonia once), but much better than anything I have bought in the past. No leaks. Plenty comfy enough and lots of adjustment.Bought them home and will take them again next year.

Received as described. rare snorkeler. went on vacay and the brand they offered at the snorkelling company was cressi. After my research, they are a great brand, trusted in the industry 100% would buy cressi again. Goggles we fantastic. the snorkel was cheaper. I didn't look close enough and when received it didn't have a backflow flap at the top. They do offer a snorkel with it, likely just a small step up in price (but worth it).

I like this mask a lot. It fits well and is easy to adjust without much hassle. The glass is super clear and I found that very little water got into my nose and none into the eye area. If you have a big head, this might run a little small for you. I'm about 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 in a hat with a narrower face and these felt quite tight (but in a good way) on me.

These actually fit great with a versatile fit, fitting both me and my younger daughter. We only used these in the pool and they were fine. No fogging or any other problems. Very easy to use and has been great in teaching my younger one how to snorkel. Overall a quality product that’s very comfortable.
