This is a snorkel/dive mask for adults. The mask has a silicone rubber skirt and a rigid frame that accepts prescription lenses. The lenses are teardrop shaped and angled for increased visibility. The headband is attached to the rigid frame on a swiveling buckle mount. The silicone rubber strap has ratchet edges to both make it easy to adjust and make sure that it doesn’t slip once you tighten it. The mask was made in Italy and comes in a heavy duty rigid transparent plastic carrying case.I have been very impressed with this swim mask. This mask has the best visibility of any that I’ve ever used. With it on my face, it’s hard to believe that I’m wearing anything at all—the view is so sharp and clear. The silicone skirt is quite comfortable and has a double layer around the edges to prevent leaks. Overall, this is a great choice for snorkeling, diving, or swimming.

Bought this mask for a trip to Jamaica as I am always finding the cheap sets from Costco & the like end up leaking at the nose valve and wanted a mask that didn't have one to avoid the problem. This mask was fantastic! I did do the toothpaste cleanse when I first got it to make sure to eliminate any residue from manufactiring . Absolutely no fogging issues in the ocean - we do use diluted baby shampoo (tearless!) as a defogger as well before each session. Great unobstructed view, no leaking, no fogging and a great fit. I love the case it comes in to keep it from scratching, it also served as a great case for our sunglasses while we were out.I also had way less mask marks on my face after over an hour of snorkeling than my husband did with his dive mask. I had the plain black version as it was the least expensive as the time. Highly recommend.

This clear mask with a nice, large, contoured face plate looks to be just the thing. Visibility is better than any mask I've ever had. The very wide strap area does a nice job - with a large separation between the top and bottom portions of the strap, I haven't had an issue with hair tangling (I use a strap cover on my other masks).I've found that it takes a minor adjustment when in the water to get this completely sealed, but it is a very minor exercise in adjusting and blowing out through my nose to get it seated right. It's comfortable and doesn't give me a headache.Admission - I've only used this in the pool so far. Belize is coming up, and we'll see how it performs there. But so far,I'm enjoying this. The field of view makes this a winner.

Fantastic Mask, the seal around the face is very soft but firm and doesn’t leak. The mask doesn’t need to be heavily tightened to your face/head as it seals very well.My head circumference is 59” for reference to other people considering purchasing this mask. Was used in Sri Lanka & Maldives, doesn’t fog up and sit very comfortably on my face. The bonus of this mask is that you can upgrade to prescription lenses should you need which is why I bought this mask even though I am yet to upgrade. The mask comes in a sturdy plastic clear box and has instructions on how to adjust and care for this product which would be useful for the beginner. To me this is a must buy, best mask I have ever worn.

These masks were an innovative idea a few years back when they first came out and they are still, in my humble opinion the best dive/snorkel masks on the market. The reason I make this statement, is not just because they have a large glass area to look through, but because this is angled downwards, so that when looking in said direction, one isn't forced to lower the whole head.I just used them almost everyday for the past two weeks in Cuba for snorkeling and after two or three goes with the old toothpaste to get the manufacturing coating off the inner glass surface, they performed perfectly.Recommended.

Masks are generally a personal fit item so what works for one person may be hopeless to another. In my experience this mask remained dry, dive after dive which was a welcome change from my old Mares one. I found the trick was to get the strap tension firm but not too tight. Used this mask in conjunction with a Cressi Mask Strap Cover which is great at stopping the silicone strap getting caught around your ears or in your hair, and cressi anti fog spray. Make sure you do the toothpaste cleaning trick on the inside of the glass for best results before first use. You can find out how to do this on you tube.

Bought this in Oct 2016 with corrective lens. Till now Apr 2017, I could not use the mask as the clip cannot be refitted after replacing the lens. Advise to other owners. Never attempt to remove the lens or it will be a useless mask. Wrote to Cressi and as expected they don't response. Will keep trying and if i ever get it fitted and has the chance to use it i'll re-rate.Update: 6/15Finally manage to secure the clip by using a plier to gently apply pressure. Had my first dive with it at Florida and it is a great mask. No leaks and good fit. upgrade from 1 star to 4 stars.

I bought this as a gift to myself from my children.I used the mask extensively on holiday in Gran Canaria and wondered why did I wait so long to buy my own mask, one word - amazing.Great mask, initially it had an unusual fit under the nose but was not that difficult to get used to, varying water temps meant that it at times did leak slightly but not enough to warrant a complaint. Soft silicone material is easy on face and makes the mask so comfortable. Definitely worth the money. The seller was outstanding and gave a prompt service.

This Cressi Big Eyes Evolution mask is almost identical to the Cressi Matrix mask, except for a few styling details (no “Cressi” letters on the lens, simpler color scheme) and it has a slightly different strap ratchet mechanism. The Cressi Liberty has a much larger lens and a strap ratchet mechanism that you pinch at the top and bottom which is less likely to come undone by accident. Here is a photo showing them side-by-side with the Big Eyes Evolution on the left; the Matrix in the middle (with blue trim); and the Liberty on the right.

Pros: There is plenty of vision, no real dark spots. The back strap is comfy against my head. Mask does not fog if you properly wash is and use your favorite lens defogging gel. (Do not touch the gel or re-spit in it after applying. That's were most beginners go wrong. Just apply defogger, rinse with sea water, and strap to face.)Cons: I have a big Roman nose and the cartilage under my nose adjacent to my upper lip still feels crammed. It's not nearly as bad as my last mask or a cheap rental, but could be better.

I was struggling with water seeping into my cheaper snorkel goggles so after a bit of research I went for the Cressi given their proven heritage. I am super impressed. Really well built and the rubber around the glass is supple and moulds to your face. It's very water tight and the quality of the glass lenses is high. However, I only paid £27 which is what I am basing my review. Would I pay more than £50 that seems to be the standard price? Probably not. Great if you can get them at a deal price.

I am a water nut. I have had several masks, and I have found that masks that sit closer to your eyes disappear more when you are underwater. The frame of a shallow mask is barely visible in your peripheral vision. This Big Eyess mask is pretty "deep" which means that it stand out farther from your face, so it is much more visible around the edges of your vision. It is otherwise a great mask, easy to adjust, and comfortable, but I am not a fan of seeing so much of the mask frame in the periphery.

My husband tried these since he can use regular goggles, where I need to have prescription. He has a van dyke so it is difficult for him to use some goggles if he doesn't shave his van dyke off. He tried these goggles and the adjustments were very easy and he was able to get a very good seal even with his facial hair. The goggles seem to be high quality and the strap is made of thick material and seems like it will last. The goggles do fog up easily if you don't treat them with anything.

Really wonderful mask for those that go snorkeling only occasionally, or for those traveling to places with good snorkeling opportunities. It is very comfortable and soft, and I had no issues with leakage. The vision is wide and full, and the mask does not seem to fog up as easily as others that I have used over the years. For the price, it is a really good mask. For serious and more frequent snorkelers, there are more professional (and expensive) masks that I could recommend.

Beautiful mask that works great. Only used in Maui where I dive and snorkel. It's gotten a lot of good usage down to about 80 ft and has held up well. Only used in salt water. The lenses are large and clear, a really nice mask. I have some other Cressi products and they tend to be well made. You generally want to treat any mask with anti-fogging solution and this is no exception. It's rare I've seen a mask that doesn't fog up occasionally.
