Very comfortable and they breathe very well while on a run and walk. I got these in a medium and they fit perfectly. I’m 5’6” and 150lbs and they work out great for me. I like the drawstring waistband. Helps keep these up while walking. Going to wear these for my go to running shorts.

I got these for my teen daughter. She likes them and said they fit well. I got her a size "Small", but she usually wears an "XS" in a lot of her clothes. I'm glad I got her the Small size instead because an XS would've been too tight.

These are great exercise shorts all the way around, but I like to specifically wear these when I am working out on the heavy bag. They are comfortable and very well made. Super nice shorts!

Like the mesh on the back of the band but not much stretch make sure you get correct size.
