I have traveled about 500 km with the tires on my e-Bike 25 as a bicycle commuter in the last 4-5 weeks and I am thrilled. My route consists of 14 km there and back, 350 meters down and up with a small part of unpaved road. With this tire, Continental promises to meet this requirement and it does. In autumn 2019 I bought it here (32x622) and stored it dry, cool and dark over the winter (evaporate because of plasticizers and such). The tires were a bit narrower than the previous ones when mounting them on the rim, but that suited me because the previous ones almost always fell off the rim by themselves after the air escaped. The run is very smooth and the material thickness is very regular.I don't notice any "aft" of the tires. Caution should be exercised when wet, as they tend to block. You have to factor in a little more braking distance. It is a strange feeling to drive lengthways over the joints of pavement. It feels spongy, I think because of the thick rubber. As I said, great. I always drive you between 4.5 and 5 bars and they hold.

Hi AllI'm using a road bike for commuting, it is all weather all hours commuting, I have fitted a pair of 32c conti tour ride tyres.I am a heavier rider ~100kg and am not shy to give my bike a bit of abuse - I will hop curbs and cycle down ~ 2 steps without a thought, also use paths, cycle lanes and gravel routes or rough foot paths. I recommend this tyre for commmuting. Previously I was on a standard road tyre, I twice slipped and fell in the wet. I've not fallen nor had any puncture troubles since fitting the continental tour ride tyres. They are extremely hard wearing, tough and will give a road bike the sort of traction that you'd expect with a hybrid to enabling commuting through roughroutes on a decent bike; as a trade off it is much more energy efficient to commute with a good quality road bike on touring tyres (28c or 32c) than to use a hybrid; these conti tour ride tyres allow just this.

Tyres made in India, then again how would they be so reasonably priced. Delivered 5 days before expected, so came in time for my weekend ride. Having come off my bike twice, bad injury to my knees. I was looking for a more substantial tread on the edges of the tyre. My eBike being hybrid tyres and a general-purpose tread, these tyres appealed. 42mm tyres as opposed to standard 38mm's. Some apprehension about fitting, maybe too wide, too tall, may have to take mudguards of?. No such worry, fitted a treat, could have gone wider, maybe. But will certainly look for some other variant for more off road riding. Let's hope I can remain in the saddle with these?

Not put them on my bike yet. So will update review accordingly. They are continental's and certainly look aesthetically pleasing. I have taken a few pictures. One is a comparision against my old 700c x 42 Tyres. The continental's are 700c x 32. So for anyone wanting to run a slimmer tyre you can get an idea of size. The tred looks good just hoping this tred is more puncture resistant and doesn't trap stones but like I said will need to update. You can see very faintly inside the wire beading in copper but no sharp pieces found sticking out and surface is smoothHappy so far!!

For this money in this size definitely recommended! easy assembly, and the bike is fine. Nice rough profile, good grip. Delivery smooth and clear communication. In the local bike shop I lost 2.5 x as much for Asian band. In short, a top tire of a renowned tire brand for a bargain price. Absolute value for money, and would order these tires again next time. Have had continental bicycle tires before and do not want anything else. wear is not excessive, lasts a long time, and shows hardly any drought cracks after some time what other brand tires do. In short, highly recommended.

I've used this tyre since moving over from the Double Fighters II, happy enough with it, rolls well but ignore what it says about protecting from puntures. I have had a couple of puntures already. Also once tread has worn slightly your punctures will increase again. I get approx 6 months our of a tyre on my rear wheel. I ride twice daily 26 mile roundtrip on road and paving stones. They are lined with trees so often have twigs and things that can cause punctures. These tyres dont sufficiently protect themselves for them being a fast rolling tyre.

Great class, the coats have passed the test. On my daily tour I usually had a flat tire every two days because of splinters of glass, now that I have these new coats with an unflattering insole, I do not have any more plates despite broken glass and thorns. Have you raised the same on other wheels. They also run much lighter than the old tires. I can only recommend you to anyone who has a lot of trouble with flat tires.

can be pumped up to 5.5 bar and is energy-saving because of the small tire width (1'25 ''). less tire width, less rolling resistance, high air pressure and matching profile - it's a bit like a racing tire. disadvantage, of course, less comfort (damping), but is not so important in road operation. when installing gabs slight problems with the hose - the coat is just not so wide and you have to put the hose in the coat.

It might be I've narrow rims but the tire is 25mm wide, says 28 on the tire, a friend with an other brand 28mm is 28mm wide. Very soft compound rubber will feel loose after a slick but seems to hold the road OK, got to use in the winter snow/slush and look like will work well. I did find it was a very tight fit, quite difficult to get into the rim, and will be not easy to remove if you had a puncture

I have the tire mounted in 28 inches and various widths on my own bike and the wheels of acquaintances. I am very satisfied with the look, the driving experience, everything. The fit is ok. I had no problems pulling the tire on any rim. You have to remember that this great tire is in the lower price segment. In the future, I intend to mount this tire on other wheels and make a recommendation.

These are great tyres compared to what I had. They handle we'll have very little drag and good grip.I put 70psi in them and they are outstanding for me,i could instantly feel the difference, and my average speed went up and commute to work time was quicker. How these perform in the wet and how puncture resistant they are only time will tell.At the moment I am very impressed and would recommend.

The deck was easy to mount on the wheel, did not even need to use any tools. Bicycling on the deck for a few weeks now, and have not seen any problems with the tire. Good that there is a narrow reflective stripe on both sides of the tire. The reflex is seen still good. An initial assessment, it might look different on type six months, only then one can begin to see the wear resistance.

Hi. I have a Bianchi via Nirone of about 4 years. I would like to mount these 700x28 Continental models (now I mount Victoria 700x23 by road) in order to go a little more on dirt roads and a little less on normal roads where I recently risked my skin a few times. Do you think they are frame compatible? Can they stay there? Thanks in advance to everyone for their contribution

It was my first purchase on this site, I was satisfied in full on the site, shipping and packaging, the tires were fitted immediately better than the previous ones that were all ruined, effort to ride halved, excellent grip on asphalt with few traces of sand (I have the house near the sea), I highly recommend, take a very good product, branded and that costs little,

Have the tire recently mounted on my "office bike" (daily 2x 3.5 km). Before, Chen Shin tires were on it. They were terrible in the wet, with cobbled streets, actually with everything. The Continental is a quantum leap. Good roll characteristics, Good damping, do not hit so quickly (curbstone, etc.), quite good grip. Conclusion: for the price really top!
