These tyres came fitted to my Toyota Prius Plus (7 seater) car that is 6-months old. In the dry the tyres grip well and I have not experienced any issues but driving in the wet is a very different matter. On the same day, whilst driving in the rain, the tyres spun whilst pulling out of a T-junction slowly. They then managed to hydroplane twice on motorways whilst braking at 70mph. I have been driving cars for 45 years and I have never hydroplaned before. The experience was quite unnerving and the next day I ordered a new set of tyres for my car from a different manufacturer. If they perform like that on wet roads in good condition with 7mm tread I cannot imaging what they will do in snow.
