I bought this product along with Creatine Boost energy drink made by the same company as I've increased my sports programme & felt my performance was being effected by poor nutrition. I can eat a small bowl of pasta before training but anything more substantial feels like I'm pulling around a bowling ball in my guts, I can't eat anything after training 'cos I just don't have an apetite. I've been using this mixed with milk for a month & I can say it works, I'm no longer ravenous in the mornings after training & I think I'm able to work longer using higher sustained effort. The strawberry flavour tastes alright [I'm no big fan of shakes] but the results are excellent,
